Refund Policy

Shipping and delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery takes 2 to 9 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.

Return window
You can return an item for any reason within 30 days of receiving it. This includes your statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receipt. You do not need to give a reason.

How to start a return
1. Email arrivepayltd@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We will send you a prepaid return label and the return instructions within 1 to 2 business days.
3. Please do not send anything back before you have heard from us.

Free returns
Return shipping is free. We provide a prepaid return label, so you do not pay anything to send the item back.

Condition of returned items
Items should be unused, with all parts and instructions included, not assembled or glued, and in their original packaging. Because our kits are made to be built, assembled or glued kits cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

Refunds
We refund the purchase price and standard delivery cost to your original payment method, at no charge, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of receiving proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Depending on your bank, the refund may take a few more days to appear.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or with a part missing, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement part, a replacement item or a full refund, whichever you prefer. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges
If you would like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Cancelling an order
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. To cancel before dispatch, email us as soon as possible with your order number.

Magnetic products
My Book Nooks is not liable for damage to electronic devices caused by improper use of any magnetic components included, or for natural wear of magnets over time.
